Country of Luxembourg

I had a chance to visit Luxembourg on April 4 through April 9, 1997. Luxembourg is the country of origin for about one third of my ancestry. I was able to continue family history research, finding my way back a few generations on three branches of my family tree. I was also able to meet some distant relatives, the Goeres family in the village of Eschweiler. It was also very exciting to visit the same villages that my ancestors lived in over 200 years ago!

The following are just a few of the pictures I took during my visit. Some of these pictures are from my Kodak Photo CD, created by pictures taken with my 35mm camera. The other pictures are snapshots taken by my computer from my video camera. The quality isn't the best on these.
